The HR Director Industrial Operations will have the full regional HR leadership for group’s Industrial Operations; he/she will support the line management, on a truly business partnership base, on all HR aspects relative to the industrial operations area (industrial and unions relations, talent acquisition and management, skills and capabilities, organisational effectiveness, performance and engagement); he/she will support the workforce in the manufacturing organisation (plants and central organisation) and will have a key HR coordination role regarding the European population of the Global Product Organization, including the European Procurement function.
