As Indian corporations grow in size and complexity there is increasing pressure on boards to uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and to perform their role effectively. Spencer Stuart Mumbai hosted a roundtable discussion, attended by leading board practitioners, to examine the governance challenges facing listed company boards in India.
