Vikrant Vora is a consultant based out of Spencer Stuart’s New Delhi office. He leads the Technology, Communications & Media and Information Officer practices for India, in addition to being a member of the firm’s Private Equity Practice.
Throughout his search career, Vikrant has assisted clients in meeting their leadership requirements by identifying senior executive talent for their India-facing commercial as well as global delivery & R&D/ engineering units based in India & SE Asia. His clients include Fortune 500 firms, India-based multi-nationals and domestic organisations, as well as the portfolio companies of VC/PE clients.
Prior to joining executive search, Vikrant spent a number of years in the United States where he led several cross-border, post-merger integration and divestiture advisory engagements in the U.S., Europe and Southeast Asia. Vikrant started his career in field sales and product management roles in India.
Vikrant received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Price Institute Fellowship and the J.N. Tata Foundation Scholarship. He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad, and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
