Kimberly Fullerton is a lawyer and a member of Spencer Stuart’s Legal Search Practice. She handles general counsel and other senior in-house lawyer positions across multiple industries including technology, consumer goods, life sciences, industrial and financial institutions. Kimberly has also conducted high level business and corporate development and licensing searches for a variety technology companies. Her clients include publicly held corporations as well as private equity and venture backed companies. Kimberly has more than 16 years of search experience. Previously, she was the managing partner of the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices for an international legal search firm, where she also led its firm wide practice focused on recruiting corporations’ general counsel and other senior-level lawyers.
Kimberly has conducted numerous legal searches including general counsel searches for Eddie Bauer, Energy Future Holdings, First Solar, Freescale Semiconductor, Hewlett-Packard, Impax Laboratories, Insight Enterprises, Intellectual Ventures, KB Home, Levi Strauss & Co., Mars, Nanosolar, OSH, Progress Software, Qualcomm, RPX, Silicon Image, SGI, Sprint, Symyx, Tessera, TPG and World Wrestling Entertainment. She has also conducted senior legal searches for Bechtel, Collective Brands, eBay, Honeywell International, Microsoft, Stanford University Medical Center and Yahoo!
Prior to entering search, Kimberly spent five years practicing corporate and commercial law with a San Francisco law firm. Kimberly graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles and earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
