Rolf Beckers is a member of Spencer Stuart's Industrial Practice as well as its Private Equity and Legal practices. He is an experienced search consultant with a strong client orientation. Rolf has conducted numerous C-level searches for general management, manufacturing, research and development, sales and marketing, and legal counsels as well as financial executives on a national and global level. He has worked with a diverse group of clients, amongst them Private Equity Funds, family-owned businesses and law firms.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rolf spent five years with another international search firm. Previously, Rolf was executive director of Frankfurt Theatre, one of Germany's largest theatres, where he was responsible for the entire organization with the exception of programming and artistic issues. Earlier in his career, Rolf served as a lawyer and in-house counsel and head of human resources for a Luxembourg-based private TV network, a subsidiary of CLT Group (today RTL Group).
Rolf studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Heidelberg and Bonn and holds a doctor of philosophy degree from the University of Bonn. In addition to his native German, Rolf speaks English and French.
