Stephanie Davis has over 13 years of executive search experience and is a member of the firm’s Private Equity, CEO & Board, Business & Professional Services, and Technology, Communications & Media practices. She has successfully completed C-level and board director searches for public companies, mid-sized private companies and numerous private equity-backed businesses. Stephanie has been quoted on human capital issues in Forbes, The New York Times and The LA Business Journal and has been twice awarded the firm's Lou Rieger Award for quality work on behalf of her clients.
Prior to executive search, Stephanie was the vice president of international operations at Jostens Learning Corporation, an educational software company where she was responsible for the development and growth of the company's international business. Previously, Stephanie was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she served technology, financial services and healthcare clients. Prior to joining McKinsey, Stephanie was an investment manager at Prudential Investment Corporation, where she held several financial roles in the area of corporate finance, capital markets and buy-side equity management. Early in her career, Stephanie developed manufacturing experience while working as an engineer for General Motors Corporation.
Stephanie is a National Trustee of the Boys & Girls Club of America-Pacific Region, a board advisor to Dress for Success, a member of the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee, and a member of the Women’s Leadership Council.
Stephanie earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated from Princeton University, cum laude, with a B.S.E. degree in operations research and industrial engineering.
